Here are answers to some of the most common questions we get.

How does the process work?

You contact me with a description of your project, then I will either request more information or a conversation or if you provide enough information then I’ll let you know how long it will take to finish and how much it will cost. Once you agree and payment is received, I’ll start working on your project.

Do we have to meet in person?

No. Most work these days is done remotely, over the internet. So we can communicate through email or phone. We can also use Google Docs if we need real-time interaction on any part of your project.

How will you deliver the work?

Through email.

Can I make changes if needed?

Yes, you have unlimited changes, updates and revisions while I’m still working on your project. Revisions are free within reason for 7 days afterward. However, once the project is finished and you approve it and the 7 day period is over, there would be additional costs for additional work.

What if I don’t like the finished product?

If you don’t like the finished product, then you don’t pay. Although it’s never happened.

Do you provide services other than Copywriting?

Yes, I can provide photo editing & graphic art. Also, I provide a consultancy service for marketing or business. Just let me know the scope of what you’re looking for and I’ll let you know what would be involved, the cost and timelines, and we can go from there.

Can you work with my web designer or other team members?

Yes. In fact, I usually work with other freelancers or team members to complete most projects.
