The Real Estate Advice I Give? It’s Actually My Own Personal Therapy

Okay, here it is. Most of the content I write about on my blog, website, and publication is not just advice for realtors; it’s also for me too. I’m also talking to myself. They’re things that I use to motivate myself, to instill life and work lessons into my own thick skull, not just yours.

I often write about things we all can use in our lives and in our careers, like staying focused, not avoiding hard work, but embracing it; we become what we think about — the law of attraction; don’t be lazy; do what others don’t do; out-work and out-market everyone else; monitor your actions; be outgoing; overcome market challenges; be tough and overcome life’s setbacks; add a plan of action to your dreams; stay focused through personal crisis; dig deep for the hunger; and the rest.

All these things are true. You need all of them, but so do I. I want you all to know that I’m not preaching from up above anyone; I’m just talking from experience in real estate marketing, from working with realtors for over a decade now to reporting on real estate news to my own personal struggles in business, work, marketing, and of course, life.

And I’m not saying that I’ve mastered the game by any means. Most of the content I publish is talking to myself as much as it is giving advice to realtors. I have my own marketing business, so I’m going through a lot of the same struggles most of you realtors are going through. We’re all trying to stand out and be noticed by clients or by the market as a whole.

We’re all trying to outperform the competition, and we’re all trying to not just succeed, but keep our sanity and our heads above water.

So, I mix in practical how-to advice on real estate marketing along with motivational content and life advice to keep us all going and striving.

So all the content I talk about, write about, and publish are all things I’ve either done or am currently doing; It’s all stuff I’ve either gone through or am currently going through. So this is not just theory, it’s practical and actionable advice.

I want you all to know that everything I talk about here is battle-tested. It’s not just fluff; it’s the meat and potatoes of life and of real estate marketing.
